IFI can act as a 3rd party review agency for quality control and assurance to ensure that contractors have correctly installed approved systems.

In addition, IFI can review existing fire separations within a building to ensure that the separations are being maintained as required by the Ontario Fire Code. This can include completing initial reviews of the building to determine the fire separation and associated fire resistance ratings, review of separations for damage, deteriorated firestopping, fire-rated doors, etc., preparation of specifications for tendering and project management.
